Cryogenic Storage Wheels Static
Developed for a pharmaceutical client requiring AGV wheels for -70°C storage facilities. Standard polyurethane becomes brittle at -40°C. Our specialized silicone-polyurethane hybrid maintains 85% of room-temperature elasticity at -70°C, paired with ceramic bearings and cryogenic-rated grease to prevent seizure at extreme temperatures. This Static variant offers additional configuration options and is optimized for specific duty cycles and environmental conditions.
