The Backbone of Global Supply Chains
Warehouse and logistics operations are the invisible engine of modern commerce. Every package that arrives at a customer's door has traveled on wheels — from the pallet jack that moved it in the receiving dock, to the dolly that carried it to the packing station, to the cart that delivered it to the outbound truck.
Load Capacity That Doesn't Compromise
Logistics equipment carries some of the heaviest loads in any industry. A fully loaded pallet jack can weigh 2,500kg. A U-boat cart in a wholesale club might carry 1,000kg of merchandise. HERDAR logistics wheels are rated for these loads with safety margins built in — because a wheel failure in a busy warehouse is more than an inconvenience, it's a safety hazard.
Warehouse-Specific Design
- Pallet Jacks — Single wheels and rollers rated for 2,500kg+ with steel or nylon options
- Platform Trucks & Dollies — Swivel and rigid casters for maneuverability and tracking
- Order Picking Carts — Silent casters for multi-level picking operations
- Conveyor Systems — Low-friction rollers and skate wheels for gravity flow
Long Life on Hard Floors
Polished concrete and epoxy floors are unforgiving on wheels. Our logistics line uses high-durometer polyurethane (90A–95A) for maximum wear life on hard surfaces. Expected service life exceeds 2,000 km of travel under rated load — that's years of daily use in a typical warehouse.
Dust and Debris Protection
Warehouse floors are never perfectly clean. Pallet fragments, shrink wrap, and general dust find their way into bearings. Our sealed bearing designs with labyrinth shields keep contaminants out, extending service intervals and reducing maintenance costs.
